The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need **more flexibility**? **Overview of the role**

**Key duties**
- Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in residents' daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Attending and completing training, as required

**Where will you work?**

Abbeyfield Lodge is a large, detached home near the centre of Fleet in Hampshire, registered to support up to 13 men and women of varying ages with mental health conditions and associated complex needs. The home offers a programme of individual and group activities, and has excellent links with local colleges and businesses offering work placements. Regular monthly residents’ meetings provide a forum to discuss service provision and encourage feedback. Fleet town centre is a short walk away, and there’s easy access to public transport, plus the home also has two vehicles for local travel, recreational and educational visits and activities
