Would you like to make a positive impact on the lives of young people affected by sexual violence? Are you passionate about ensuring that these young people receive the emotional and practical support that they need to move forward with their lives? If so, you could be the right person to join our team at RASA Merseyside as our outreach Power Project worker.

**About you**:

- Emotionally resilient
- Empathic, effective listener and passionate about improving the lives of young people
- Self-motivated, well-organised and resourceful
- Able to build good working relationships with families and professionals within a multi-agency context

You will be experienced in supporting young people, preferably in an outreach capacity and will have a clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures; have knowledge of and ability to work with issues of consent, confidentiality, and capacity; ability to liaise in a professional manner with agencies and individuals at all levels.
