**Service Coordinator**

**Salary**: £26,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits and annual bonus

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

(Saturday morning Rota from 8.30am to 1pm - required to work approximately 1 in 6)

**Location**: Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1PP

**What you'll be doing;**
- Manage frontline service delivery for the routes within our business.
- Work in partnership with the H&S team and assist the Service Manager to ensure People management processes and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies.
- Ensure driver safety concerns, near misses and accidents are logged on AVA in a timely manner, ensuring that the issue is addressed and relevant feedback is provided.
- Ensure event investigations are completed.
- Support the delivery of a first class customer service.
- Complete robust driver debriefs capturing key performance and safety issues.
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations and policies are adhered to.

**What we're looking for;**
- Strong communication skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- No experience required, as training will be provided.
