The Group Business Integrity Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Business Integrity policy and related procedures in an effective manner across the Group, as part of the Ethical Business Conduct (EBC) team’s overall remit. This role falls within the Business Integrity areas of the EBC Team.

**Job Description**:

- Support the design of automated (continuous) and manual controls framework.
- Implement the controls testing framework across the Group.
- Regularly perform controls testing and analyse results.
- Identify areas that require improvement and recommend action steps to address.
- Assist the Business Units (BUs) / Group Functions (GFs) to implement control improvement actions.
- Advocate the Business Integrity Policy, including GEH and CoI procedures.
- Review and update relevant Business Integrity Procedures, including GEH and Conflict of Interest Group procedures to keep these current and effective.
- Develop additional guidance where required and roll-out to the BUs/GFs.
- Support the develop and deliver of training and awareness materials for BUs/GFs.
- Deliver and/or support the delivery of EBC projects to enhance ABC risk management across the Group, as and when required.
- Assist with third party due diligence related matters for the in-scope areas as and when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualifications: Relevant university degree and/or professional qualification(s) in Audit or compliance.

**Specific knowledge requirements**:

- Processes and systems (or parts thereof) and experience of the mining/extractive industries sector desirable.
- Third party anti-bribery and corruption risk management, including due diligence.
- Design, implement and report on the results of controls testing programmes.
- Support the design, planning, implementation of training and awareness programmes
- Anti-bribery and corruption legislation requirements.
- Design and execution of processes, and reporting methods.
- Project and programme management.
