Responsibilities:

- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials needed for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Analyze project documents and identify potential risks or discrepancies that may impact the cost estimation.
- Provide accurate and timely estimates to support bidding processes and project planning.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference and analysis.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide updates as needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Salary**: £32,283.00-£45,000.00 per year
