- Salary: A competitive salary from £46,000-£60,000, depending on the experience you can bring

- As our People Consultant, you will serve as an integral member of our People function. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the Aegon UK business strategy and the delivery of our People plan by driving change initiatives to enhance our people proposition, having a measurable impact on engagement, experience, capability and culture.
- You will work closely with the People Partners, Centres of Expertise and Senior Leaders to assess people and organisation challenges, develop strategies and implement effective solutions.
- We are looking for an experienced People Consultant to join the team who can demonstrate experience leading change initiatives across a range of projects.
- We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in a People/HR Consultancy role or broad HR experience across a range of disciplines.-
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations and people best practice.-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.-
- The ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and can showcase proven expertise in influencing at a senior level.-
- Proficiency in People/HR software and tools, including HRIS and project management software.-
- Experience proactively seeking opportunities to enhance people processes, systems, and practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness.- What’s in it for you?- A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%-
