**Position Summary**
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our Business Operations and Excellence Team.

**Nestlé Professional** (“NP”) is our Business to Business food service arm, which specialises in the Out of Home solutions market. **A day in the life of a Sales Support Co-ordinator **
As Sales Support Co-ordinator, you will provide professional business support to the Nestlé Professional organisation as directed by the Business Support and Excellence Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Executing purchase order requests and queries in line with Nestlé Accounting standards
- Product information New Line Forms to external customers
- Responding to all information requests from external customers
- Processing sample orders and follow-up on all failures
- Managing the Love2shop process ensuring audit compliance.
- Supporting the business with new starters
- Allocating meeting rooms as required with appropriate facilities identified
- Improving processes and looking for efficiencies
- Identifying ongoing needs of internal customers to ensure we are focusing on providing the right support at the right time
- Managing and developing the Business Operations Knowledge Hub
- Maintaining and improving the Business Operations Request Portal
- Supporting BS&E Manager on HQ and market level projects
- Managing the Love2Shop relationship and looking for ways to continually improve the process

**What will make you successful?**
To be successful in this role, you’ll have a commercial background with previous experience in a sales support or financial role.

You’ll also have:

- Strong administration skills
- Commercial awareness supporting a sales team
- Proven ability to manage projects and priorities
- Strong digital expertise
- Experience Building PowerApps and Sharepoint Communication Sites is preferred
- Experience working with various systems (e.g. SAP, Sharepoint Team Sites)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of procurement process
- Awareness of Supply Chain and stock management
- Basic marketing knowledge
