A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Housekeeper
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Responsible for providing a clean, safe and hygienic environment throughout all areas of the Hospice
- Bag laundry, write up, label and deliver to laundry collection point outside on a daily basis
- Working flexibly within a team to cover the department needs and demands.
- Co-operate with and maintain good relationships with other disciplines that are attending and treating clients to maximise patient care
- Responsible for ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly and any refreshments are served and set up/cleared away on time. This may include weddings
