**Associate/ AVP - Private Markets Infrastructure Reporting & Analytics**

The Investment Services Private Market and Finance (ISPVMF) Department leverages data and emerging technology to provide investment services and financial management on Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Cross-Strategy investments, strategically and tactically. The department oversee the development and implementation of business infrastructural plans and operating models needed to scale GIC’s investments in the alternative asset classes globally. The department is responsible for deal structuring, due diligence and closing, financial operations across GIC’s Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate assets, as well as tax structuring, corporate holding structures, valuations and financial reporting. The department also oversees the GIC Group’s revenues and expenditures.

**We are looking for a dedicated London based Associate to provide consistent reporting, analytics, data management, and process/platform enhancement support across the Private Markets Infrastructure team globally.**

**Responsibilities**:
Internal asset management and portfolio monitoring reporting and analytics
- Prepare and coordinate the contents and processes for the Portfolio Management Committees (Equities, Fund, Debts) and other senior management forums, including performance reporting, analysis on portfolio leverage yield profile and other metrics
- Responsible for various internal portfolio reporting and analytics duties (e.g. portfolio debt, debt watchlist, fund managers metrics, credit metrics, portfolio asset operational performance)
- Perform regular and ad-hoc analysis on business operating and portfolio data/information
- Provide information to and support business group in preparation of portfolio materials and internal presentations

Infrastructure business operating and portfolio data management
- Work with Data Solution team to maintain high standard of Management of Asset Governance Information (MAGI) and Chronograph process and data quality
- Monitor quality of INFRA dashboards and support asset managers to ensure asset data and analytics are up-to-date on our internal database and reporting system
- Maintain and update portfolio spreadsheets for data requests and data ingestions. Enhance processes and migrate to dedicated database overtime

Projects and platforms
- Support INFRA data collection and analytics on various internal projects and functions including sustainability related initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and a range of functions globally to ensure smooth execution of various Infrastructure specific or wider GIC corporate system projects
- Collaborate with Technology Group to (1) develop new tools to continuously automate, digitalize and improve current data management and reporting & analytics processes (2) Effectively capture business requirements to enhance current analytics dashboard supporting data-driven business decisions
- As business conduit on business and data management platforms’ related matter including but not limited to business requirements capturing, project management and user trainings

**Requirements**:

- Finance background with at least 4 years of prior experience in Banking or Investment Firms. Experience in infrastructure and/or asset management a plus
- Detail oriented with strong data analytics, reporting and financial literacy. Keen interest in IT and data solutions’ projects
- Experience in managing databases, analyses, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and / or Tableau
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines
- A good team player, collaborates well with various internal stakeholders globally.
- Proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
