Kiddisafe Nursery is looking for a part-time nursery administrator. Youll provide high levels of administration support and contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and development of the nursery.

Our Mission: To deliver expert-led childcare with a team of qualified, life-long learners. Together, we believe in giving children the best start to life.

Mon-Fri 9.00am-2.00pm

Duties include but not limited to:

- Provide ongoing support to the management and director team.
- Report writing.
- Managing invoices and collecting payments
- Managing the nursery management software and the data within it considering GDPR legislation.
- Maintaining and updating policies, providing updates to the team when policy updates are made.
- Providing cover in the event of staff absences.
- Promoting safeguarding and welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Student coordinator for young people on work experience/placements.
- Multi-agency working.
- Meeting Minutes.
- Conducting parent registrations and tours of the nursery.
- Potential to become setting SENCO.
- We currently operate two settings based in Leicester. You may be expected to travel between the two on occasion.

Desirable:

- Awareness/knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Qualification/experience working in childcare.
- Experienced in administration
- Holds full drivers license
- Educated to degree level
- Some fluency in Gujarati/Hindi/Urdu

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
