The eCommerce team is recruiting an International eCommerce Trading Lead to be at the forefront of our global growth

The International eCommerce Trading team fuels global growth by managing and optimising online product sales across 72 international markets.
They drive exciting product launches, strategic promotions, and collaborate with leading third-party platforms to maximise sales and brand visibility worldwide.The roleAs the International eCommerce Trading Lead, you will play a key part and will be integral in growing the Next business outside of the UK.
You will be working within a commercially driven department where your strategic aim is to grow sales profitably.
You will be a key part of the team that will identify and develop new initiatives that champion the Next brand attracting new customers and improving the overall customer experience for third party sales channels.What else is involved?
Continually review information on sales, bestsellers & key online metrics to find opportunities to best trade.
Optimise third party websites such as Zalando & Otto to ensure the customer experience & onsite content for Next Group products is the best it can be.
Work with third party partners to spot opportunities for sales and profit growth.
Ensure all onsite marketing assets such as brand homepages are regularly updated.
Be aware and on the third party sites / app regularly checking for errors and ensuring customer journeys are perfect.
Be the liaison between third parties & the next product teams, sharing opportunities and trade updates.
Ensure we're selling profitable lines at all times, reviewing regularly.
Analysing returns rates to check high returning lines have no errors causing the high returns & removing from sale where necessary, Working with third parties to include Next Group products in marketing campaigns to get onsite exposure at the right time.
Work internally with the next marketing team to use paid marketing to drive sales profitably.
Educate yourself to know and understand the Next customer, across all sales channels, in the UK and internationally.
Translate ideas into practical solutions that improve performance internationally.
Communicate across all levels of the business, influencing senior stakeholders to win support for positive change and new ideas that support international growth.
Build a close understanding of the trading calendars & customer shopping behaviours in our key countries and third party sales channels.
Share business knowledge quickly and develop a good understanding of business priorities.
Identify improvements and developments of internal and external processes with a constant view of improving service and profitability.
Work with internal and external teams to ensure essential third party KPI's are always managed and adhered to.
Develop a network of productive relationships internally and externally that helps ensure international development is considered and supported.
Act as the key central contact point for external suppliers and third party sales channels where Next are the supplier.
Support in the identification and execution of key strategic opportunities; liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to get the job done.
Attend all relevant internal meetings and account reviews with third party sales channels.
Participates in productive meetings that focus on the task in hand.
Accurate administration of key business documents required both internally and externally.
Be an ambassador for third parties and international internally and externally Deputise for the Head of Third Parties in meetings and reviews when required.
Manage a small team of Trading Assistants You'll be doing all this from either our Leicestershire Head Office.
