Sales Administrator

The responsibilities of the Sales Administrator will include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing quality levels of service at all times to customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction throughout their journey
- Preparing quotations and sending out to customers for review
- Processing sales orders on the internal system with great accuracy
- Providing customers with advice/updates on products, order status, logístical issues etc
- Booking couriers and coordinating logístical processes as required
- Data handling and recording information, alongside other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Approachable and personable nature
- Sage 200 experience advantageous but not essential
- Dependable with excellent levels of punctuality
- Experience of working in a commercial administration role with exposure to customer contact
- Flexible approach to workload
- Able to work to deadlines
- Be a proactive team player
- Commercially savvy
