This role is vital to provide the ‘how’ behind our global content management systems. Supporting CMS users across source market teams, this role will deliver the governance, controls and support function behind digital content management. You will be key to providing support and training services to deliver a seamless online content experience for our customers. You will actively assist in implementing robust controls to ensure customer experience is forefront and defined customer journeys are maintained. A key responsibility is engaging and communicating to business stakeholders regarding content process changes.

Reporting into the Digital Content CMS Lead, you will support defining our digital content system strategy and governance framework by aligning our back and front-end customer content journeys across all markets.

This role is available to be based in the following locations : Luton, Stockholm, Hannover, Rijswijk and Zaventem.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Digital Content CMS Executive, you will closely with source market content teams and product development teams to provide support and services for digital content management. You will act as the voice of the content system business user to develop processes and documentation around efficient content ways of working.

On a day-to-day basis you will provide self service support to content teams within source markets. You will develop and provide training to users of the content management systems to ensure teams can make full advantage of the CMS capability. You will proactively listen and seek business requirements from these key users to input into future capabilities and development of the CMS tools.

Led by the Digital Content CMS Manager, you will support the development of clear governance and processes around content management, namely page life cycle, audit controls, measures for success and content volume & scope. You will support on the bridging of the gap between business and development teams to future enhance the platforms.

You will work closely with teams across our Content, Digital and Merchandising functions ensuring effective and consistent communication is upheld at all times. You will be accountable for audit and access control levels for users of the digital content systems.

You will be required to have a detailed technical understanding on our CMS capabilities to support business users and triage issues raised. You will become system experts and be able to provide enhanced support and services to source market teams.

ABOUT YOU

An ambitious individual with a good understanding of eCommerce and/or proven experience in an Operational role.
Proactive person with the ability to investigate new ways of improving online customer experience.
Someone who is customer-centric (internal & external) and passionate about continuous improvement in order to drive a best-in-class digital customer experience.
Confidence to liaise and challenge where necessary at senior levels, both internal and external.
The ability to manage your own time in a demanding, time-critical role and work comfortably within an environment of ambiguity and a high degree of complexity.
Ability to engage stakeholders, influence behaviour and change opinions based on business knowledge and competence.
Strong organisation skills with a great attention to detail and appreciation of auditing and reporting capability.
