Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Business Change element of the Oracle Change programme.
Ensuring that the constituent development projects and activities are clearly scoped, adequately resourced and that deliverables and milestones are specified and tracked.
Ensure that projects within the programme are delivered to time, cost and quality.
Pro-actively manage the quality and performance of the programme and its products thereby ensuring supporting work-streams are delivered
Develop and contribute to a set of programme products (including communications and quality assurance strategies and communications plans) needed to achieve successful implementation
Keep the Programme Executive, Board and major stakeholders sighted on key risks, issues and decisions
Define and maintain an appropriate risk and issues management process for the programme.
Ensuring dependencies within developments and projects and partner projects are identified and effectively managed.
Develop and maintain an expert working knowledge of the programme
Manage, develop, motivate and allocate the work of the Oracle Programme Team in line with programme objectives whilst optimising resource and skills deployment.
Provide consultancy and support for the programme.
Facilitate and contribute to the identification of business benefits to ensure cultural change takes place.

Skills and experience:
Essential:
Knowledge and experience of project planning and methodologies - PRINCE2 Practitioner
Knowledge and experience of working in an IT solutions environment
Demonstrable experience in a programme/project environment at a senior level
Experience of communicating and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
Ability to collate information and assimilate into high level report
