**About you**

**What you’ll be responsible for **
- Supporting tenants / community members to get as involved as they want to be in shaping, improving and developing services across Trivallis.
- Actively promoting and embracing the diversification of tenant representation at all levels and actively assessing the impact of community involvement and development activities on equality and diversity of inclusion.
- Supporting the facilitation of the co-design of and development of benefits to involvement.
- Working with colleagues to support staff and board members at all levels to actively embrace tenant involvement in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of Trivallis activities.
- Working with the Head of Service to get along side other Trivallis Teams to facilitate a “whole organisation” approach to community involvement so that all departments are able to fully embrace and support meaningful tenant participation.
- Working with the Communications Team to promote activities and shine a light on achievements and impact of Involved Tenants.
- Thinking sustainability from the outset and building a sustainable infrastructure and support for meaningful involvement.
