Hey We’re Huel and we’re pleased to meet you We're going to start by talking about our exciting new **Office Administrator **position (or as we call it internally,** a Workspace Executive**), but if you'd like the quick low down on us first including our growth story then just head to the bottom of this page
**The role**:
We want all of our Hueligans to leave HQ everyday being proud to work for us. As our new Office Administrator / Workspace Executive, you’ll be the go to person for any office queries our Hueligans have, and you’ll champion our culture of mucking in together. You’ll help create a fun, safe and productive workplace that attracts, retains, supports and engages our current and future employees. You'll support with any office admin, ordering in new supplies and managing our warehouse stock. You'll take ownership of the gym ensuring all equipment is in working order and sourcing new gym classes for everyone to enjoy. You'll manage the opening and closing of HQ, assisting with Health and Safety document checks, and you'll even help plan our office events. This is a **full time office based role **working **Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm **and** Fridays 9am - 1pm,** but there could be the odd occasion where this changes depending on business needs

**What we're looking for in you**:
This role would best suit someone who may have had some experience as an office administrator, or within in hospitality / customer service. If you don't have this, but you are someone who is organised, efficient and has excellent time management skills then we want to hear from you You’ll have the ability to multi-task and know how to prioritise workload, and if you are first aid trained then that would be a bonus, but if not we will train you up You must have the ability to muck in and be a team player️. Looking after the office means no day is ever the same so you’ve got to be prepared for whatever problems come your way and be on hand to help fix them.
