Job Summary:
As the Maintenance Mechanic, you will support all Building Systems and Energy Distribution to insure a Safe and reliable day to day operation of the Company Processes

Principal Duties & Responsibilities- Maintains the following processes: plumbing, electrical, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors.- Monthly duties and assignments according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List and logging work completed and repairs performed.-
- Interaction with all levels of management, problem solver, suggests and executes solutions; cooperate with all employees in a team oriented environment.

**Qualifications**:
- High school grad- 5 years in the field experience or trade school or the combination of the 2 in the following trades: Electrical (480Volt3phase), Plumbing, Hydraulics, Tow Motors, and Machine repair- Computer knowledge of Excel and Word- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and have the dexterity to operate a variety of tools and equipment- Must be able to climb 20 ft ladders; work off platforms at various heights- Must be able to operate snow blowers during winter snow removal- Agility to move into and out of Confined Space Limitation- Self motivated - mínimal supervision
