Role will involve working with-in Events & Weddings

Our aim is to create a truly memorable stay for all our guests so they will want to come back time and time again.

**The main responsibilities of the roles include**:

- _To acknowledge and assist guests at the earliest opportunity, providing outstanding customer service and a professional attitude at all times._
- _To take orders in line with the hotel’s procedures, reading back to the customer to ensure accuracy._
- _To confidently work within all sittings - breakfast, lunches, dinners. weddings_
- _A real passion for providing excellent customer services is a_ _must_ _as the ability to interact and engage with our guests is paramount._
- _High attention to detail._
- _Previous experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality background is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
