**Principal Function**

This Operational role is made up of both office hours at any Staff 86 offices and operational management and supervisory shifts at our clients venues, such as racecourses, football stadia, event venues etc. This part of the role will be managed by yourself and the Operations Manager, deciding what events are to be worked operational, and what days are to be worked in the Staff 86 office.

The role includes the delivery of all staffing requirements requested by both Staff 86 Limited and their clientele, with specific focus on the day to day operation of Staff 86 Limited, the selection and allocating of suitable casual employees, its management software programs such as Flow, PARiM, Trust ID and Vacancy Filler, its payroll function of variable and full time labour, its clientele relationships, its induction process of casual workers, to assist in its recruitment processes and add value to such processes, to keep up to date with relevant industry legal changes.

To add value to the business through consistent client relationship management, client database growth, and operational delivery.

**Secondary Function**

To aid and support to the Operations Manager in the day to day running of Staff 86 Limited, including but not limited to the developing of further Staff 86 Limited offices or business and businesses.

**Main Office Duties**
- Take responsibility of our casual management business, rotas, and client relationships.
- To build and maintain a casual management resume for each of our casual management team and share with clients pre-event where necessary.
- Sign off all variable payroll for Staff 86 Limited on a weekly basis.
- The responsibility for signing staff in/out of all shifts.
- To develop a brief knowledge of ‘Brightpay’ Payroll requirements, in line with PARiM and Accounts requirements.
- To maintain high standards of customer service and client management.
- Allocate shifts to appropriately trained employees for all events whilst also considering financial suitability.
- Delivering staff inductions
- Assisting at recruitment and induction events
- Ensure all staff have the correct accreditation to work before their shift commences, including but not limited to Trust ID pass certificate assigned to their PARiM, Restricted hours management and age restrictions.
- Support business by identifying innovative, cost-effective staffing structures, in terms of logistics, staff location to venue and expenses.
- Effectively manage the logistics, transport, and expenses of all bookings when this is required, including flights, trains, mileage, and accommodation.
- Ensuring profit margins are maintained at the required level.
- Assist in the post hire of new casual employees ensuring all pre-employment vetting and inductions have been satisfactorily completed in-line with Staff 86 Limited requirements and current legislation before their shift commences.
- Assist the People and Business Manager to consistently promote positive employee welfare throughout Staff 86 Limited.
- To promote the brand positively and where possible assist in business development.

**Main Operational Duties**
- Take responsibility of our casual management business, rotas, and client relationships.
- Build and maintain client relationships on site whilst working operational management and supervisory shifts.
- Understand from a clients perspective what the best course of action is, which managers are best suited, and how Staff 86 can support their operations, whilst considering the practicality from a Staff 86 perspective.
- To ensure all accreditation and event information is in place prior to every management booking, with responsibility of accommodation, expenses, site information etc.
- To maintain high standards of customer service and client management.
- To promote the brand positively and where possible assist in the business development.
- Responsibility for signing staff in/out of all shifts
- Acting as Staffing liaison point
- To identify skill gaps and address training needs where required
