An exciting opportunity to join an established team within a successful company who have a strong and expanding placement within the refurbishment and new build construction industry.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to add to our friendly administration/customer service team

This role would suit someone who is looking for a varied office position, as the role will cover all areas of office administration and customer service.

You must be able to interact professionally with all stakeholders, in and outside of the business. You should be able to work well within a team but also use your own initiative when working alone to solve problems and answer queries.

Main Duties
- All areas of office administration, as needed.
- Create, update, and keep records.
- Ensure that all office supplies are managed
- Consult with other departments - internally and externally.
- Deal with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional manner
- Making refreshments and looking after visitors

Key skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good all round IT skills - particularly on MS office.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- A strong work ethic
- Bright and friendly with a can-do attitude and a thirst to learn.

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
