An opportunity has become available within General Surgery for a Patient Pathway Validator. The successful applicant will support the operational management team in delivering all access targets and to provide support to improve service delivery.

The role is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and undertake training to have a greater understand of the full operational role. You will contribute to the development of the team and to the Trusts overall data quality performance.

The post holder will need to possess strong IT skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge effective and collaborative professional relationships both internally and externally.

You will have administration experience, be conversant with Microsoft office packages and have excellent communication skills. You will have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative and adapt to an environment of changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. You will also be able to organise and prioritise your own workload and balance this with the demands of the role.
