Purpose:
The role will focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of Aggreko's global assets, including:
- identifying opportunities and improvements in maintenance (condition based and preventive) and operation, or asset design to optimise asset performance and life, as well as operational costs- driving supplier led solutions and warranty recovery- developing and implementing global frameworks to drive standardised operation and maintenance of our assets

- Experienced individual contributor with ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, whilst holding themselves and others accountable.- Sound technical knowledge of our products, ability to problem solve, well organised and able to deliver to firm deadlines.- Works independently, with limited supervision.- Ability to develop and implement global frameworks to drive alignment across all transactional and projects regions.- Ability to make sound data driven decisions, considering both technical vs commercial aspects

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RCAs and improvement projects with our key global asset suppliers (Aggreko Mfg, Bruno, Pramac, Cold Magic...) that enhance asset performance and cost efficiency- Working alongside the Global Procurement team, embed and sustain a robust framework to manage supplier warranty to ensure timely support for Operations and to maximise warranty recovery- Own the governance of retrofit campaigns ensuring the risk based framework is sustained and performance targets are clear and measured. Support the regional teams to resolve any global issues impacting timely completion of retrofit campaigns, i.e. global supply chain challenges.- Manage/support global projects where significant cost efficiency opportunities can be realised, with specific focus on preventive maintenance, condition-based maintenance (including predictive alarms), operations processes, system improvements.- Support the regions to enable them to conduct basic operationally focussed RCAs to a defined standards- Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure we maximise our collective resources by prioritising and delivering on those opportunities that add the most value for Aggreko

Typical Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience- Minimum of three years experience within an Asset Performance or Operations based role- Working knowledge of our systems including FSL, MMS, M3 and ARM- Experience leading / managing through influence in a matrixed organisational structure
