Job Title: Quality Coordinator (Night Shift)

Location: Glasgow

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 6th May 2024

**Salary**: £34,326.69 FTE + 33% Shift allowance

Hours of work - Part Time 28.5 hours per week (£25, 745.02pa + Shift allowance)

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for a night shift position. The shifts will primarily be on Sundays from 11pm to 5.30am, and the other nights will be from 12am to 5.30am. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our facility during the late hours.

About the role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our talented team at our Shieldhall packaging site in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

This individual will be a natural communicator, adept at keeping their team informed and motivated to achieve higher levels of performance.

They will excel in building strong relationships and removing barriers that hinder team productivity. This position requires comfort in handling complex data, extracting key improvement points, and aligning the team towards their achievement. Exceptional communications are crucial in developing and maintaining robust relationships.

About you

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar function, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Demonstratable experience working in a challenging quality and customer focused FMCG environment is advantageous.

Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or manufacturing excellence is beneficial for proactive structured problem evaluation and solving.
