**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our growing team is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser/ office Admin to join our team working directly with the merchandise & marketing teams to assist with daily admin tasks including data input, running reports & general admin tasks.

**Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Using/preparing data which the teams will use to optimise the sales volume and profitability of all designated product areas
- Raising POs & enterting buying data
- Communicating with suppliers & Couriers
- Preparing data for weekly trade meetings
- Delivery schedule planning
- Supplier contact
- Stock reporting, running reporty daily & weekly
- Supporting planning across various departments
- Analyse stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes & suggest re-orders.
- Recommends promotions and re buys as necessary
- Supplies the Head of Merchandising and buying team with necessary data to enable informed decisions.

**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE**
- Experience Preferred but not essential
- Excellent Microsoft office skill, in particular Excel (preferred not essential)
- Preferred experience with shopify but not essential
- Must be able to travel to Preston.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
