Clearway is a leading provider of temporary security services to property landlords with vacant properties susceptible to deterioration, vandalism, and damage. We work with owners of diverse properties ranging from large industrial units to small residential spaces, spanning commercial, local authority, private, and registered social landlords.

As Clearway continues to expand, we are in search of a Regional Team Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The Regional Team Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and removal of security products across the Reading and Northampton areas. This position requires hands-on leadership, effective team coordination, and a commitment to upholding Clearway's high standards of service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise regional teams in the installation and removal of security products across the Reading and Northampton areas.
- Provide training to team members and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Manage stock levels and conduct regular stock takes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installations or removals.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained and fully stocked for operations.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform accurate property measurements for security installations.
- Work 'on the tools' if required to cover holidays and absence.
- Lead by example to promote excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.

**Key Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in team supervision and task scheduling/coordination.
- Experience of working within the security sector is essential.
- Knowledge of security door and screen installation and removal techniques would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with GPRS/GSM battery-operated alarms and wireless detectors.
- Ability to lift heavy security doors and screens and perform outdoor work.
- Competence with use of handheld portable power tools are hand tools.
- Experience in conducting stock takes and managing stock levels.
- Familiarity with maintaining vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and fully stocked.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to installations or removals.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security installations.
- Commitment to promoting excellence, quality, and continuous improvement in services.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.

You must be happy to travel across both the Reading and Northampton locations on a weekly basis to cover all sites that fall under these locations.
