**Job Description**:
**Call Centre Sales Advisor (uncapped commission)**

**Salary: £22,000- £23,000**

**Location: Brentford, Middlesex**

**Hours of work/ shifts: 40-hour week (Work 5 days out of 7 + 1 weekend per month)**

**Mon to Fri - 8:30am to 6pm**

**Saturday - 9am to 5pm**

**Sunday - 10am to 4pm**

**About this position**:
A brand new opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Sales Advisor to join this well-established and UK leading storage company, who have been successfully operating for over 20 years.
This client offers a range of services such as storage for businesses as well as personal use, office rental space, parking for fleet vehicles, mailboxes, and document management services.

**Requirements**:
" Minimum 1 years' experience within Customer Service.
" Proven experience in a Call/ Contact Centre environment (ideal).

**Responsibilities**:
" Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls.

" Provide excellent level of customer service to our existing and potential customers and build long lasting relationship with customers.
" Maintain in-depth service knowledge and understanding of products and services.
" Process deposits, communicate the customers' requirements accurately and schedule follow up contact.
" Ensure accurate enquiry information is stored on the central CRM system with comprehensive information regarding customer requirements.
" Assist with performance reporting.
" Escalate complaints to the appropriate line of authority.
" Comply with all Health and Safety Legislation.
" Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Senior Management.
