Key Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment that focuses on the wellbeing of the students
- Adapting the school work to the needs and academic ability of the individual student
- Effectively minimising and handling meltdowns, outbursts and disruptive behaviour

Requirements for this role include a passion for supporting students with SEND, strong communication and written English skills, Right to Work in UK.

Please note, all our positions are temporary contracts with a view to go permanent.
