**Pay: £10.65 to £12.50 hourly**

**About the role**:
An experienced SEND Teaching Assistant is required in Weston-Super
- Mare to join a school which supports vulnerable students. This temporary SEND teaching assistant role is long term and potentially permanent. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside students from all types of backgrounds with a range of learning needs.

This school dedicates itself to an inclusive ethos which promotes high achievement for all. The students have a range of needs including SEMH, SEND and challenging behaviour. Pupils learn through a flexible curriculum which is developed to their learning style.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:

- SEND experience
- Positive behavioral appraoch
- Highly motivated

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Relevant experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults.
