Home Instead are a home care service supporting our community to live well at home, covering areas in Bromley. We are rated **OUTSTANDING** by CQC. We provide our clients with **minimum 1-hour visits** using small teams to ensure the best **continuity of care**.

This is an opportunity to join an established home care team - and you could be part of the **change** we want to give to our clients. As a CARER, you will support clients with their daily routines, including supporting with administering medication, help with personal care, taking people out to their appointments, and so much more.

**Qualifications**
We'd like you to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Availability to work alternate weekends
**Additional Information**
What's in it for you? We can be **flexible** to work around your own work/life balance, and hours can be part-time or full-time.

No experience? No problem We provide an enhanced training programme so you are ready and trained for the role, and we support you throughout your journey.

We pay **£13.00 per hour** weekdays & **£13.50 per hour** for weekends. Increasing to to £13.50 weekdays & £14.15 weekends once you have completed 150 hours service.

The role also comes with other **benefits** such as full training, paid holiday, double time Bank Holiday pay rates, and much more
