Working alongside the Registered Care Manager you will promote and support the delivery of compassionate care for all our clients.
**The successful applicant **will**:

- If not already qualified, be ready to start your NVQ Level 3 qualification (fully funded).
- Be passionate about delivering high quality care in the local community
- Be professional, compassionate, have excellent interpersonal skills and work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

This is a full-time, permanent position, working both in the office and out in the field with aspects of an on-call rota. We also require the successful applicant to be a driver with their own car. **What are we offering in return?**
- £24,000 to £26,000 per year, depending on experience
- Fully-funded NVQ Level 3 and beyond, if required
- 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays

**What does the role involve?** The Field Supervisor will support the Care Manager in all aspects of our service whilst supporting our team of Care Angels in the field. You will be apart of the office team achieving our growth targets whilst endeavouring to deliver outstanding care.
