**Job Title**: European Payroll Administrator
**Reporting To**: Group Tax Compliance Manager
**Hours of Work**: 35 hours a week

**Purpose of post**
I-Paye is an established payroll provider with more than a decade of experience behind us. We have a proven history as a reliable and revolutionary contracting service and offer services to both UK and overseas contractors.
At I-Paye we have a specialist team with years of experience to look after the individual requirements of our contractors who are working on assignments in Europe. As European Payroll Administrator in the European Team you will be responsible for a number of contractors in various locations during the length of their assignments.
The primary objective of the role is to ensure these workers are paid in a timely and compliant manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Input and check all payroll information received from client in accordance with individual client procedures and Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure payrolls are completed in accordance with both legislative requirements and departmental procedures
- Plan and manage own workload as well as take instruction from the team leader
- Manage day-to day payroll administration
(reports/pensions/filing/reconciliation/employee documents)
- Perform manual calculations
- Ensure client details and notes are updated when necessary
- Proactively seek to keep up to date with legislation and changes within the industry
- Provide high level customer service
- Provide updates and reports when required
- General administrative duties including dealing with ad-hoc queries in an efficient and effective manner.
