Full and part time Customer Service Administrators needed in Okehampton.

This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a thriving business and be part of a warm and friendly team.
Due to an increase in business our client needs to appoint to a Business Administrator.
This is a permanent vacancy with a view of starting in Mid February.
**Your new role**
You will support the department Managers to provide full business administration support. This role will be busy and suit an applicant with good administration skills able to work methodically and to task.
Main responsibilities:

- Data Entry
- Liaising with the council and customers
- General administration task
- High level customer service
- mainly phone based.
- Admin support to MD, booking meetings, diaries
- Filing, scanning
- Good working knowledge of MS Office is required
- Excel in particular
- Knowledge of CRM preferable but not essential
- Assist with updating the database when required
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of technical files, audit records and trackers
- Ensuring all inspection reports are correctly filed and logged.
- Support in the investigation of customer complaints
- Raising of purchase orders
- Booking routine maintenance and ensuring high standards are adhered to

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Good administration experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong customer service background
