Enchanted House Beds is a family-owned business that is on an exciting journey of growth. We manufacture and produce luxury, handcrafted beds to retailers across the UK. We are looking to grow our dedicated office team and need an Office Administrator to join our expanding manufacturing business.
Skills required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Able to swap between a variety of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Be dependable and professional.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
- Competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel programmes.
- Excellent timekeeping
Duties include:
- Answering the telephone.
- Welcoming visitors to our factory site.
- Liaising with Suppliers and Retailers.
- Ordering all supplies as requested by Factory Manager.
- General Administration duties.
- Support to Office Management and Directors where and when required.

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts (Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm)
- 6.5-hour shift (Fridays 8am-3pm)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Okehampton, EX20 2SN: reliably commute to work.
**Experience**:
- Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience of customer service and general administration
On the job training provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,415.00-£27,625.00 per year
