As our new Senior Game Designer you will contribute to the design and development of a groundbreaking cross-platform, cross-genre, and accessible free-to-play game. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Systems Design, Technical Design, Content Development, and Producers, to create innovative gameplay mechanics, interactions, and user-centric features that enhance player engagement and satisfaction in our evolving live-service game.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Mastery: Lead the design and implementation of diverse gameplay mechanics and features for our ambitious cross-platform and cross-genre free-to-play game.

Cross-Platform Excellence: Design gameplay interactions that translate effortlessly across various platforms, including PC, console, mobile, and beyond, providing a consistent and enjoyable experience for all players.

Player Engagement: Develop gameplay systems that enhance player engagement, immersion, and excitement, keeping players invested in the game for the long term.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including systems design, technical design, content development, and producers, to ensure a seamless integration of gameplay design into the overall player experience.

Prototyping and Iteration: Rapidly prototype and iterate on gameplay interactions to fine-tune and optimize gameplay experiences for maximum enjoyment.

User-Centric Focus: Advocate for user-centric design decisions, leveraging player feedback and data to continually improve and enhance gameplay experience.

Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive design documentation to effectively communicate gameplay concepts and guidelines to the development team.

**Required Skills**:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Gameplay Designer with a strong focus on designing gameplay and 3Cs (Camera, Controls, and Character) interactions.

Experience in adapting and optimizing gameplay interactions for various gaming platforms.

Passion for Player Experience: A genuine passion for creating gameplay experiences that deeply resonate with players and keep them invested in the game.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and gameplay design, with an eye for detail and player satisfaction.

**Preferred Experience**:
Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Experience in designing gameplay that blend elements from multiple genres or experience in games from multiple genres.

Familiarity with incorporating accessibility features into gameplay design to cater to a diverse player audience.
