HRGO are looking for a Workshop Manager, for a client based on the outskirts of Dover. You must be an experience Manager, capable of managing and leading a team, with the understanding of the business needs to help drive success. The ability to build a dedicatedteam and get the best from their staff is critical and should be demonstratable. Strong leadership skills, computer literature and an excellent communicator, who can act decisively with vison, drive and accountability.

Your Responsibilities:

- Managing excellent communication with all staff and customers
- Daily interaction with on-site Workshop to ensure that Inspections and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
- Vehicle inspections reviewing damage / defect Reports.
- Overseeing and organising routine maintenance
- MOT preparations
- Managing workflow
- Expenditures to the business and managing budgets
- Cost effective management
- Vehicle repairs, efficiently and promptly dealt with
- Reporting, analysing and reviewing all Workshop related data
- Managing a Team of staff, ensuring productivity with a good working environment
- Vehicle compliance legislation
- Leading by example and getting involved in any / all workshop task when required.

Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- A confident personality with a can do attitude.
- A professional person with a management outlook
- A positive and focused individual
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer Literature
- Ideally IRTEC qualified or prepared to gain the accreditation.
