**The Client**:
Is one of the largest membership and Royal Colleges in the UK.
**The Role:
**Working with the Examinations Team you will support the Examinations Manager to ensure the smooth registration process for those educated outside the UK intending to enter and register with the college.
You will also provide administrative support for the pre-registration examinations and cover for colleagues in the Qualifications Team. This position is London based with the possibility to arrange some days working remotely. Travel to examination deliverysites will be required, including overnight stays and some weekend working.
**The Duties:

- Monitor the overseas inbox, providing appropriate and relevant information and advice.
- Schedule examination familiarisation, document verification and registration sessions. Invite and keep track of attendees.
- Monitor the examinations inbox providing appropriate and relevant information and advice.
- Support the Examination Co-Ordinator to prepare examination schedules, timetables, and other documentation.
- Organise travel and hotel bookings for examiners where required.
- Process examination mark sheets, prepare and dispatch examination results.
- Attend Examination Board meetings and take minutes where required.
- Collate data in relation to examination results.
- Schedule examiner training, standardisation and standard setting events and provide administrative support.
Support the Examinations Team to deliver the Pre-Registration Examination, specifically:

- Prepare and pack necessary examination equipment and other resources.
Liaise with the Registration Team to ensure the smooth running of the registration process, provide examination results lists.
Support the Qualifications Co-Ordinator in effective planning and administration of quality monitoring events when necessary.
