**Salary - £55k to £65k**

An SAP SuccessFactors Technical Support Analyst is required by a leading financial services organisation. The successful applicant will ideally have a background in HR software and will be responsible for driving the roadmap and overall SuccessFactors strategy,including collaboration with the HR and Technology teams.
This is a key position within the organisation and requires experience an adaptable approachable individual who can understand the needs of the clients and colleagues.

**KEY ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Experience in HR technology and business change
- Experience of managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience of integrating and interfacing SuccessFactors with other software
- An understanding of different disciplines and specialisms across HR
- Experience of creating test scripts and managing user acceptance and regression testing
- Experience of data and business process mapping and management
- Experience of incident management tools

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the Application Owner to provide the future vision and roadmap the overall strategy
- Provision of technical expertise for SuccessFactors estate and associated environments
- Change control and following change control process
- Management and resolution of incidents and requests through ServiceNow relating to SuccessFactors
- Management of regular product releases for new features
- Organise and lead user acceptance testing
- Attendance at service reviews with vendors - including our SuccessFactors external partners and SAP
- Support documentation of roadmap of changes for SuccessFactors

**Qualifications**:
SFX Accreditation

Product/project management methodology training/certifications are beneficial
