We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online brand visibility, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

**Content Creation and Management**:Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
Manage and update website content to enhance user experience and optimize for search engines.

**Social Media Management**:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**SEO and SEM**:Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Job Types**: Apprenticeship, Volunteer

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
