Financial Advisor Support

**Position Overview**:
As a Remote Financial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial advisors, allowing them to focus more on serving our valued clients. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home, but occasional office attendance and team meetings will be required. The main aim of the role ios to take work from the advisors so they can focus on new and existing clients. The fundamental role will be to construct the advisers client reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist financial advisors with administrative tasks and report preparation.
- Take ownership of tasks to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other support staff in a remote setting to maintain team synergy.
- Attend weekly team meetings and occasional office visits as needed.
- Utilise virtual collaboration tools and demonstrate proficiency in relevant software.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Comfortable working from home with a dedicated and quiet workspace.
- Ability to attend the office once a week and participate in team meetings.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
