A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Trainer to join a highly reputable Domiciliary Care Business.

As an internal trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees are trained in line with legislation, Policy and Procedure. You will be delivering training to the team of Professional carers in the Eastbourne and Hastings area, equipping themwith the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide outstanding, high-quality care to our clients.

**Role Responsibility**

Deliver mandatory training within the organisation

Assessing Trainee learning

Develop bespoke training packages in line with legislation, policy and procedure

Conduct spot checks to ensure staff are providing high-quality care to our clients.

Maintaining complete and accurate training records

To undertake any other duties/projects relevant to the post.

First Aid and Basic Life Support

Moving and Handling

Personal care

Equality and Diversity

Medication Awareness

Nutrition, Hydration and Food Hygiene/Safety

Experience delivering training within a domiciliary environment

Excellent written and spoken communication

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Full U.K Driving License
