**Reception Duties**:

- Answering and directing calls, managing messages.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Handling meeting room bookings.
- Managing incoming/outgoing post.
- Receiving and distributing deliveries.
- Assisting in office recycling.

**Administrator Duties**:

- Updating details, filing, photocopying, typing, archiving.
- Managing stationery inventory and reporting.
- Banking cheques, handling postal tasks.
- Organising and storing documentation.
- Professional liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties.

**Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00** **(30 min lunch break)**

**Salary**:£11,200** per year

**Requirements**:
