We are looking for a part time receptionist/ administrator to work Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Previous experience in a similar role essential.

Good basic knowledge of Microsoft and excel.

Duties - Answer and log service calls on our in house computer software

Data entry, filing etc. and general office duties.

Willing and able to learn other software

Good communications skills on the phone, face-to-face and on paper

Good attention to detail and highly organized, also be able to work with minimum supervision and a flexible approach to performing a variety of task.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
