Our client is a well-established company that has been facilitating the sales of properties in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire since 1988.

Their teams have extensive knowledge of the areas they cover, with many of them being part of the company for over 20 years.

They have offices in four different locations and easily recognizable dedicated sales and lettings branches in each town centre, which allows them to reach out to neighbouring suburbs and villages.

They are constantly investing in developing their services, harnessing new technology and design, recruiting talented individuals, and subscribing to major property websites to maximize their property's exposure. They also have a Survey & Professional Department with a resident Chartered Surveyor and a sister company, that provides assistance on various mortgage types.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the sales pipeline from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other third-party stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the progress of their sale
- Identifying and resolving any potential issues that may arise during the sales process
- Providing excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar sales progression role, ideally within the property industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
