Apprentice Lettings Negotiator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual wishing to learn the Estate Agency industry as an Apprentice with the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst working for a very successful and established business. We are searching for someone driven and enthusiastic to join our team

As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors, and Buyers in the UK and have international offices in Asia. **How the Apprenticeship will work**:
Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.

The Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career

You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
- Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
- Conduct viewings & negotiate offers
- Support Senior Negotiators

**Other**
- Monday - Thursday: 9am till 6pm
- Friday - 9am till 5pm
- You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.

**Salary**: £12,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Nine Elms: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
