**Salary: £35,000**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

Are you highly organised, forward thinking, able to prioritise and proactive?

Do you have previous experience as a**Residential Property Manager?**

If the answer is yes,we have an exciting opening and a chance to join a well established international property company with offices in the **Vauxhall**area.

You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors so an ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential, while delivering superb customer careand service.

**Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include**:

- At least 2 years’ previous experience in Property Management
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organized and able to prioritise workload
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local London area helpful
- Thoroughly professional approach to Property Management
