**HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Residential Estate Agency**

**Location: Nine Elms, SW8**

**Salary: £60**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Of Residential Property Management to join a of successful independent Estate with offices in the Nine Elms area

You will be overseeing the Property Management department and ensuring that outstanding levels of customer service are being delivered to both Landlords and Tenants.

The role will also involve all aspects of training, development, management, complaint handling and recruitment within the department. You will have a high level of responsibility, reporting directly to the Lettings Director.

You will possess the skills to effectively manage and develop the team, increase the levels of service whilst upholding and maintaining current legislation and standards.

**Skills: The skills required for thisHead of Property Management (Residential Lettings)role will include**:

- Significant previous experience in Property Management
- Comprehensive supervisory level experience
- Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- ARLA or related qualification preferred
- Be able to direct, inspire and guide a team
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a full UK driving licence
