The People Data & Systems Officer is responsible for maintaining all SAP Successfactors modules that are currently implemented on our system. The role requires an analytical mindset and attention to detail to deal with a large amount of data, as well as the ability to analyse and produce data reports and summaries required for senior management. The role will also support our Unily (internal communications) platform, in terms of configurations and maintenance schedules. A positive, pro-active and solutions focussed individual would thrive in this role.- Travel to other CMS locations may be required from time to time.**Role Responsibilities**:
- As a member of HRIS team you will be supporting the global team in the SF Platform services/modules currently live: BizX Platform (including Report Centre and Integration Centre), Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding 1.0. RMK, etc.- Ensure data entered in the systems is regularly monitored, maintained, reliable and valid.
- Able to generate regular reports from the system and share with relevant stakeholders as and when required.
- Maintain HRIS Helpdesk regularly for various queries, changes requests, data requests and other purposes e.g., audits, government data requests etc.
- Supporting critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus submissions, Calibration and Progressions.
- Assisting in bi-annual releases/upgrades, testing new functionality, and performing regression testing on existing modules and updating documentation.
- Recommend process improvements where necessary for the benefit of the business.
- Bulk uploads - importing data into the system import and export.
- Good understanding in Report Centre and People Stories.
- Understanding of coding in java, html.
- Systems compliance.
- Support with implementation of future Successfactors modules.
- Produce and evolve end user procedures and training material and deliver training to users when required.
- Required to provide systems support to our Unily Platform (cloud based internal communications).
- Required to ensure maintenance schedules are actioned accordingly, ensuring stakeholders informed in advance and bought into the required changes.
- Support configuration of the pages on the platform, as well as access levels, notwithstanding any other required tasks relating to platform administration, as and when required.
- Provide an analytics summary each month, to capture user trends and insights to continue to make the platform fit for purpose.
- Participate in various data analytics projects being championed by the senior leadership team, to enable data dashboards.
- Provide monthly people data analytics and insights reports and summaries to the chief people officer.
- Monitor and respond to tickets under our HRIS helpdesk.
- Ensure that GDPR guidelines being complied with.
- Other ad hoc job responsibilities may be required.

- Minimum of two A levels essential, otherwise a bachelor’s degree in Analytics and Systems or equivalent is desirable.
- Hands on experience with Successfactors (or similar HRIS) who can troubleshoot issues independently with mínimal assistance, gathering, process transformation, configuration, testing, Data migration, training, support.
- Data analytics and report creating essential.
- Understanding of organisation structure and HR processes is essential.
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills including good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data, as well as to always maintain discretion.
- Ability to think creatively and be innovative when delivering solutions and in problem-solving.
- MS Office skills to Intermediate level minimum.
- Proficient coding skills to support with custom plug ins desirable.
- Continuous learning is an essential requirement of the role.
