Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a **Trainee Lettings Consultant.** This is a full-time, permanent position with our BV Students team based in Brighton Marina. The standard work week is **Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm **with some Saturday working. The salary ranges from **£21,000 - £23,000**, plus commission, with an OTE of** £25,000-£27,000** in your first year.

- Optimise tenant registration processes and take a proactive stance in overseeing viewing appointments.
- Execute viewings with an exceptional standard of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Play an active role in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, consistently adhering to a results-driven mindset.
- Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at fostering natural business expansion.
- Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback.
