Future Build Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with the Directors to source and place candidates in white-collar roles within the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with professional candidates
  • Following leads and directly headhunting talent
  • Participating in a structured training and development program to progress into a full 360 Consultant role within 12 months

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A solid academic background
  • A hardworking attitude and confidence in communication
  • Motivation and a genuine aspiration to build a successful career in recruitment
