**Location**: Plymouth, UK

**Salary**:up to £17.21 DOE plus shift premium and bonus

**Shifts**: Rotation between 07:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 23:00, 23:00 - 07:00

Rittal-CSM was established in 1981, and the Factory in Plymouth was set up in 1986. We employ around 500 people involved in a wide range of Engineering and Manufacturing activities.

Our Maintenance Team have an opportunity for a Maintenance Robot Engineer to join their growing team. Training will be given on each robot and automation cell therefore previous Robotic experience is not essential. If you are an experience Maintenance Engineer looking to learn new skills or have robotic knowledge on other systems this could be perfect opportunity to further your career.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Modify and create robot programs for automated robotic processes. Including pick & place, welding on ABB, Cobot, Kuka and Panasonic robots.
- Fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems on all plant and equipment in Robot cells.
- Maintenance and basic repairs of weld plants; manual, automated and stud.
- Analyse downtime faults and causes and create effective PPM and TPM activities.
- Installations on other factory plant and equipment as required.
- Apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- BTEC Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing environment.
- Systematic problem solving.
